Students just flat-out have no idea what is a law and what isn't, what the Constitution's language means, their privacy rights, and a host of other legal issues. We must need lawyers.

It's not illegal unless there's trespassing or another illegal act occuring, as far as I can tell.
Comment: "Yes, the government can just put the terrorists away -- they're guilty."
