Section 4. The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.

I'm happy to hear that VP candidate Joe Biden is leaving prosecutions of Bush Administration officials "on the table" as the parlance goes. Hard to think that Bush, Cheney, and gang haven't committed any misdemeanors at least, with FISA, Valerie Plame, rush to Iraq War, Abu Ghraib, torture, Guantanamo, politicization of Department of Justice -- name your own. I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby already got convicted.

"In an Obama-Biden administration, we will not have an attorney general who blatantly breaks the law," Biden said at a town-hall meeting in West Palm Beach, Florida, his voice at times drowned out by applause. "We will not have a president who doesn't understand the Constitution. And I will not be a vice-president who thinks he's not part of any of the three branches of government."
