March Madness, jerk Wall St guy
I delighted in the Moorehead State vs. Louisville upset.
Then I had the misfortune of reading this: (http://opinionator.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/03/16/degrees-of-influence/?ref=opinion). What a jerk! Allow me to paraphrase: "Blah blah blah...look at the awesome college dropouts like Steve Jobs and Bill Gates, Larry Ellison, and Mark Zuckerberg. Excuse me while I wank off with some hero-worship. The founders of Goldman Sachs are gods and they didn't need educations. All you non-Wall Street, non-entrepreneurs are peons living wasteful lives of ordinariness.
Thanks, William D. Cohan, for not only adding nothing to the discussion, but also furthering the harmful notion that a college degree is a waste of time. Anecdotes do not prove correlation.
