In a blender, throw these together and blend for 30 seconds:
6-10 large ice cubes
portion of plain unsweetened yogurt
a lot of skim milk or soy milk (I prefer the latter)
big hunk of vanilla ice cream
40 grams vanilla soy or whey protein powder
An excellent option for the summer! BTW plain yogurt has a lot of bacteria cultures, like acidophilus, which contribute to colon health and colon cleansing.
