My other blog, schencka.blogspot.com, which my friends other than Stephen S. seem to prefer (Blogspot, that is), is going to be my "normal" blog. I am going to theme this one. It will be called "Bad Advice."
I read advice columns regularly: Dear Prudence on Slate, Dear Abby since Ann Landers died, of course that overly wordy Cary Tennis at Slate, "Tell Me About It" by Carolyn Hax (it's in our local paper, the AZ Daily Star), and, how could one forget, "Savage Love" by Dan Savage. What I want to do is take selections from these advice columns and give hilariously bad advice. I'm hoping to do this regularly.
My bad advice will develop its own bad themes. Then, if enough people read it, perhaps some will ask me for bad advice. This is the plan. See above for a taste of what's to come. --adam
