What I did today
Woke up pretty late; got a lot of sleep. Made my typical delish breakfast: omelet, sausage, bacon, potatoes, bagel. Went to join some friends to go to Grand Old Day on St. Paul's historic Grand Street. Enjoyed that -- lots of stimulation all around. After that hung out at a house party on a porch. Good weather throughout. Got home, then turned on NBA Finals Game 3, where Dallas fought valiantly but lost to the Heat, during which I made spaghetti, which I'll be able to eat throughout the week. Then cleaned kitchen, then bathroom, took out trash, and started laundry, which I'll have to finish tomorrow.
This weekend was my first weekend without work at my second job in quite some time. I'm glad I got to enjoy it outside. Caught a glimpse of my ex on Grand; she was throwing a baseball which was clocked by a laser. Chose not to talk to her. She has a really good arm and doesn't throw "like a girl." It's better that we're not together, but I feel better when I'm attached. Time to meditate on that thought.
